I charge £60 per 50-minute session.

How long is therapy?

This depends on your unique situation and what you would like to get out of therapy. I usually suggest an initial commitment of six sessions. At session four, we will have a review to discuss our progress and decide together whether to continue for a further fixed period (such as six or twelve sessions) or move into open-ended therapy.

How often will we meet?

I offer weekly therapy and bi-weekly therapy (meeting every two weeks), we can discuss what would work best in the initial consultation.

Cancellation policy

In-Person Therapy: I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

Online Therapy: I require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Sessions cancelled within this window are charged at the full rate, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.

I aim to be flexible where possible so if you would like to meet at a different time this may be possible to arrange if I have availability and the request has been made with the minimum notice set out above.

What is an initial consultation?

An initial consultation is a free twenty minute zoom or phone call where we can briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy at this time. This will give us both the opportunity to meet each other and get a sense of what it will be like to work together before booking in some sessions with me.
